Join me in Murwillumbah for a relaxed and flavour-packed cooking experience featuring fermented nut and seed cheeses, a rich and smoky pecan pâté, and my personal favourite – almond fetta. But for many, it's all about the crackers—especially the smoky paprika seed crackers!
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to craft a vibrant, plant-based grazing board from scratch and enjoy your creations with a glass of organic sparkling wine or refreshing blood orange kombucha. It’s a cook, eat, and sip experience like no other.
